New members who have never had a membership.

$600 plus $300 for first years dues.

Members (Year 1-5) – $300/year

Sustaining Members (More than 5 years) – $150/year

Pay Back Annual Dues – Maximum of $600; 2 years Plus $300 dues for current year.

Pay Dues as New Member – $300/year

The minimum fee for handling a donation is $25.

Donation Amount:

Under $500 = $25
$501 – $99,999 = 5%
Above $100,000 = 3%

*$50.00 will be charged for checks returned.

A monetary gift to the Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing is tax deductible under section 501(c)(3), 170(c)(2)(B), 2055(a), and 2522(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Contributions to the Society can only be spent on historic renovation and not social or operational functions.
